Raleigh Pediatrics uses the FollowMyHealth Patient Portal to provide electronic access to your child’s medical record.

Some features currently available on the patient portal at this time include: Well Appointment Requests, Medication Refill Requests, and General Messaging to the staff and physicians. In addition, you will be able to view your child’s immunization records, visit summaries, lab results and vitals. 　More features will become available on the portal during future roll-out phases. 　We encourage you to become familiar with and to begin using the patient portal.

If you would like to request an invitation for a child 17 years of age or younger, please complete the Request for Patient Portal Proxy Invitation Form and return it by fax, postal mail or drop off. 　For HIPAA purposes, we do not accept forms via e-mail.

For patients 18 years and older, please complete the Patient Portal Invitation Request for Patients 18 Years & Up form and return it by fax, postal mail, or drop off.

If you have any technical issues involving our portal, please call our office and leave a message in our portal support mailbox. Someone will return your call within 24-72 business hours.
