We believe everyone should have the opportunity for health. Some things like not having enough food or reliable transportation or a safe place to live can make it hard to be healthy.

Below you will find some resources that we hope will be useful to you. You can also reach out to our family resource coordinator at (919) 872-0250. We may not be able to find resources for all of your needs, but we will partner with you to help as much as we can.

Food, Transportation, or Housing Needs

NCCARE360: Statewide network to connect people with services they need. You submit a request for assistance online and a NCCARE360 navigator from NC 2-1-1 will contact you. nccare360.org. If no internet access, dial 2-1-1

Interpersonal Violence and Safety
