Dr. Britt was born and raised in Atlanta, GA, and finished high school in Sarasota, FL. He earned his bachelor’s degree from UNC-Chapel Hill, his medical degree from Duke University, and then completed his pediatric residency training at UNC. Dr. Britt’s wife, Lori, is from Selma, NC, and is a graduate of UNC’s Pharmacy School. They have two grown sons, but have filled their empty nest with two fur babies, Cocoa and Gracie.  They are members of Crosspoint Community Church in Clayton, enjoy the beach, fishing, and travel.  “I became a pediatrician because it’s the best job in the world- I get to work with kids all day and help them feel better when they’re sick.”
