Meet Dr. McClease
Dr. McClease grew up in Raleigh and is a proud alumna of Ligon Middle School and Enloe High School. She graduated summa cum laude from Wake Forest University with a bachelor’s degree in Health & Exercise Science and minors in Chemistry and Chinese Language & Culture. She completed both medical school and her Pediatrics Residency training at The Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University.
Dr. McClease and her husband, Jacob, have two cats, Muggsy and Duncan (go Deacs!). She has special interests in healthy weight and social justice. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, eating good food, traveling, gardening, and riding her Peloton.
"To see these children achieve their dreams and develop their dreams – and potentially play a role in some of that and guide them along the way – is really, really special."
