Meet Dr. Hunt
Dr. Hunt grew up in Reston, Virginia, and has called North Carolina home since her pediatric residency at UNC-Chapel Hill. She graduated from the University of Virginia with a degree in biology, where she was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. She went on to complete medical school at UVA and her pediatric training at UNC. During residency, she received awards for excellence in both pediatrics and teaching.
Dr. Hunt has cared for children and families at Raleigh Pediatric Associates since 2001. She loves getting to know her patients as they grow and supporting families through every stage of childhood. She has received the WakeMed Department of Pediatrics Clinical Teaching Award.
When she’s not in the office, Dr. Hunt enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and their two children. They love to travel, volunteer in the community, and be on or in the water whenever they can.
