Welcome to Raleigh Pediatrics! We are happy that you have chosen our practice to be your child’s medical home. We strive to be responsive to our patients and their family’s needs, as well as coordinate and improve the quality of their care.  In order to accomplish this goal, it is important that we have your child’s previous medical records, as well as any information regarding medical care received elsewhere after becoming a patient at Raleigh Pediatrics. This includes, but is not limited to office visits, immunizations, medications, and test results.

Once you are established with our practice, we ask that you choose a preferred physician to direct your child’s medical care.  You may know who you would like to see based on a friend’s recommendation or you may prefer to meet a few of the providers to see who you feel most comfortable with. Choosing a preferred physician is important for continuity of care and appointments will be scheduled with this physician whenever possible.
